All models are heavy duty four column construction. They have a fully integrated digital control system for precise controllability and accuracy. They have high resolution force transducers with better than 0.5% accuracy down to 1/1000th of capacity plus, they can withstand 300% overload without damage.
The system also has direct network connectivity and self diagnostics capability. Test data can be dynamically linked to other software packages such as Word, Excel, Access etc. and the equipment can be web-linked directly to Testometric for remote investigation, monitoring and software upgrades etc.

AT models incorporate an integral industrial PC and touch screen interface with an easy-to-use control panel. Our comprehensive Windows.NET software is pre-installed complete with user-specific test methods.
CT models have automated control of test procedures from an external PC. A comprehensive Windows.NET software package is provided to cover all types of testing.

Machine Features
• The M500-ATMS is a modified version of our standard M500-AT machine. It has 5 stations where tests can be conducted simultaneously. The colour display shows plots of all 5 tests in real time, calculated results and statistics. A printer can be connected to produce a full test report.
The machine is particularly useful for companies who are involved in volume testing. It greatly reduces test time and is extremely cost effective and space efficient when compared with using multiple machines. There is also a CT version available that operates from the end users own PC system.
